User Content & Listing

When you submit content to public areas (profiles, directory, posts) you grant Success Family a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display that content. Content submitted publicly is visible to others and may be indexed by search engines and external services. Do not submit information you would not want to be public. You may use an alias in your profile if you prefer.

Privacy & Data

Success Family’s Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. We do not share user data with advertisers. Data is used internally unless you opt to be publicly listed.

Paid Services & Refunds

Some programmes or services (e.g., structured coaching, Goal Tracking System) may require payment. Payment and refund terms for those services will be communicated at the time of purchase and are subject to separate terms.

Disclaimers & Liability

The site is provided "as is". Success Family is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Members are responsible for verifying the suitability of other members for professional engagements.

Code of Conduct

• Respect other members and their privacy.
• Do not post unlawful or abusive content.
• Do not use the directory for unsolicited advertising or spam.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the revised Terms on the site with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
