In other words, if you look at where you are right now at the beginning of 2022, and where you were at the beginning of 2021, or 2020, has there been any significant change in your life, and I'm talking here about positive change improvements, movements towards achieving your potential. If there hasn't been any movement, then I'll tell you, who the causes and what you need to do about it.

Welcome to the half hour with Jonah Mungoshi, revamped re-energized in 2022. And today, I'm talking about you, you need to transform, shanduka. The root cause of insufficient change or progress in your life lies squarely and entirely with you, yes, you, it is of utmost importance that you accept that he will do a mood, you are the root of the person that you are. If anything is going to change in 2022, then you have to change period. If you don't change, I promise you come 2023. If you're still alive, you will be exactly where you are right now. Or worse. What's going to be different? What will it take, you need to transform. So in order to transform, here are a few quick steps that you can start taking right away.

Number one, identify the root cause. The root cause is a habit that you possess, it's conduct that you do, it's a way of acting or not acting. I say for every single day of the year 2022. I will express gratitude every single day for 365 days. And I'll do this publicly by posting my gratitude statements, whether they be videos, audios, or written statements on social media. And I've been doing that since the beginning of the year. And I'm saying I want you to hold me accountable to make sure that by the end of the year, I'm still doing this with as much energy as when I started. Number two, I identified that I have not been as effective at communicating as I should be. So I set myself a task, a list of 100 people and some of you listening might be on that list. You’ll see that throughout 2022 I will be communicating with you at least once every week. So this might appear like very small things, but trust me, these are the things that can make or break you is a small thing. So back to what I was saying to you find the root cause what is the root cause that is preventing you from achieving the success that you deserve?

What two habits one or two habits are you going to change because if you don't focus on those on that one, or those two habits, trust me come the end of the year you will be where you are over still you will have gone backwards. Number three, please start small don’t start big no. When it comes to changing your habits you need to start small is the small consistent and incremental steps that make the difference.

So you need to start small. So those are three things to get you started on transforming yourself on making sure that 2022 will usher in different results will give progress to your life like you have never experienced before. Number one, find out what is holding you back and has to do with you.
